Handling
Orders will be handled with print condition, packing format, and destination in mind. Final handling details should be confirmed on product and checkout pages once products are active.
Packaging
Photo prints and poster prints should be packed to reduce bending, rubbing, and moisture exposure during transit. Product pages and checkout notes will carry any item-specific details when the catalog is loaded.
Returns
Return details will be kept clear before launch and should not be treated as a carrier timeline, refund guarantee, or product-specific promise until products and checkout policies are finalized.
Damaged mail
If an order arrives damaged after launch, save the packaging and contact the print desk with the order information and clear photos so the issue can be reviewed.
